EasyReel Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of EasyReel ("EasyReel", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription or credits, uploading content, generating content, or publishing content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and must not use EasyReel for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

2. AI Features and Third-Party Services

EasyReel provides AI-assisted script, image, and video generation. AI features may send prompts, scripts, uploaded photos, uploaded videos, reference images, generated assets, and face data contained in those materials to EasyReel backend services and third-party AI providers, including Kling AI, PAI Video, Seedance/ByteDance (including Seedance 2.0), Grok/xAI, GPT Image, or equivalent providers configured for the selected feature. You must only upload content that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before using or publishing them.

3. Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchases

Subscriptions and credit packs are processed through Apple in-app purchase. Subscription details shown in the app include the subscription title, length, price, renewal information, and links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Credits and entitlements are linked to the current account after purchase.

4. User Content and Public Plaza

You retain responsibility for scripts, prompts, photos, videos, references, generated content, titles, profile information, and other content you submit or publish ("User Content"). If you publish content to the public plaza, other users may view it and associated public metadata.

You grant EasyReel the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, and provide your User Content and generated outputs within the app and related services.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, generate, publish, request, or share content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, exploitative, harassing, hateful, violent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use templates or prompts to create intimate contact, kissing, hugging, sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or non-consensual content involving real or fictional people. You may not impersonate others, violate privacy rights, upload content without permission, or attempt to evade moderation.

6. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

EasyReel provides tools for users to report objectionable plaza content and block abusive creators. Blocking hides that creator's works from the user's plaza experience, and reports may notify EasyReel for review. We aim to act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing content that violates these Terms and suspending or removing accounts that provided offending content when appropriate. You may also contact us at postmaster@jslssz.com about objectionable public content.

7. Account Deletion

You may initiate account deletion in the app from the profile/account page by selecting "Delete account" and confirming deletion. Account deletion removes or de-identifies account data and associated user content, subject to legal, security, backup, moderation, and purchase record requirements.

8. Acceptable Use of Generated Content

You are responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your use. EasyReel does not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on generated content for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to EasyReel if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, infringe rights, abuse the service, or if required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of EasyReel after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
